PARIS SOCIETY UNLIMITED - MEMBERS' CLUB RULES
NOCTIS EVENT, hereinafter referred to as ‘Paris Society’, operates hotels, restaurants and party establishments, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Group’.
Paris Society has created the Paris Society Unlimited loyalty programme to create and maintain a sense of belonging to the Group.
To this end, Paris Society has set up a members' club, members of which can enjoy various benefits and private events in the Group's establishments, as well as access to the dedicated Paris Society Unlimited application.
Membership of Paris Society Unlimited requires members to comply with all the provisions of these rules.
1. PARIS SOCIETY UNLIMITED
Each Member enters into a contract with Paris Society. Paris Society reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the contracting party with which a Member has a contract. The Paris Society will notify each Member of the contract between them by e-mail when their membership is approved/renewed.
Paris Society reserves the right to charge members a welcome fee at the start of membership, an annual membership fee and additional fees for access to additional events or activities. The right to change or waive such fees or subscriptions from time to time is at the sole discretion of Paris Society.
2. YOUR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
By completing and submitting your membership application on the Paris Society website, you agree to abide by the group's rules.
The Membership Committee meets quarterly and admits new members as places become available. The Membership Committee alone decides who becomes a Paris Society Unlimited member.
You are free to withdraw your application at any time. To do so, contact our membership team at unlimited@paris-society.com. If your application is successful, we will confirm this by email and SMS.
Your annual membership will start on the date this e-mail/SMS is sent.
3. PROPOSING NEW MEMBERS
Paris Society Unlimited members can suggest new members. A ‘sponsorship tab is available for this purpose on the Paris Society Unlimited application.
4. RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
The minimum term of membership is one year, renewable thereafter on an annual basis.
Membership renewals are not automatic and are reviewed by our Membership Committee on an annual basis.
No reason need be given for non-renewal of membership and the decision of the Membership Committee is final and irrevocable.
5. MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY
It is important that we have your current contact details, together with a photograph of you, in our membership directory.
By becoming a member of Paris Society Unlimited, you agree to us storing your personal details and a photograph as part of your membership, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If your contact details or payment details change, please inform us via your personal space or by contacting your relationship manager.
6. PAYING FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP
When your membership is approved or renewed, you will receive a payment link allowing you to add your bank details.
You agree and consent to be charged the full membership fee, in the form required by Paris Society on approval or renewal of your application, including any welcome fee and any periodic subscription. We reserve the right to change our membership fee at any time and will inform you in advance of any change to the amount, date or frequency of payment of your membership fee.
If you fail to pay the annual fee (or any instalment thereof) by the due date, your membership will be terminated.
7. CANCELLATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
If you choose to cancel your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund, as the membership fee is annual.
8. MEMBERSHIP CARD
You may be asked to show your membership card at establishments participating in the Paris Society Unlimited programme. In the event that a member allows a non-member to use their card, the non-member will be refused access to the establishment or expelled, and the member holding the card may have their membership suspended or terminated.
If your membership card is lost or stolen, please inform us immediately.
9. GUESTS
You may be authorised by the Paris Society to invite one or more non-members to certain private events organised within the Group's establishments.

You will be held responsible for any breach of these rules by your guests.
10. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information you provide to us as part of your membership will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. CHILDREN
Paris Society is designed for adults, but also welcomes children. Remember that your children are your responsibility in Paris Society establishments and should never be left unsupervised.
12. DRESS CODE
Paris Society favours a chic and cool atmosphere.
Guests choose our establishments for a high-end experience in terms of architecture, cuisine and service, in exceptional locations that are often steeped in history (Palais de Tokyo, Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine, Palais Garnier, etc.).
Members must therefore dress appropriately. In the event of inappropriate dress, we reserve the right to refuse entry to our establishments.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests observe this rule.

Members and their guests must not accost, disturb or solicit other Paris Society members, unless they know them personally.
Any intrusive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership.

If any of the above actions are proven, the member and/or guest concerned will be immediately expelled and the member's membership will be terminated.
Members or guests must not under any circumstances buy, sell, use or possess any illegal or offensive items within the Paris Society premises or in its immediate neighbourhood. If such items are found, they will be immediately confiscated, the member and/or guest concerned will be evicted, the member's membership will be terminated, and depending on the circumstances, we may need to contact the police or authorities.
17. BILLS
Bills must be paid in full before leaving the establishment. Paris Society does not accept deferred payment. Members are responsible for the purchases of their guests ; if these remain unpaid, the member's membership may be suspended.

Please do not bring food or drink purchased outside the Paris Society unless you require it for medical reasons.
19. PRIVATE EVENTS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PREMISES

In the event of partial or total closure of an establishment for maintenance, repair or renovation work, or if we consider it preferable to withdraw access to certain facilities or services which may present a risk to the health or safety of our members, guests or staff, or which may be detrimental to the establishment, we will ensure that such areas, facilities or services are restored as soon as possible.
